Executive Team

Dana Biggi, Owner

After a 25-year career as an award-winning hairdresser, Dana Biggi began her current career in the real estate industry 15 years ago. Her expertise as a hair dresser and her ability to understand and deliver exactly what her clients wanted became an essential skill as she transitioned into commercial real estate.

Dana made her start as the property manager for the former Gene Biggi Properties. After many years of of successful management, she started her own company: Fourteen Acres Property Management.

Having lived and worked in the Cedar Hills area for her whole life, Dana understands how the city of Beaverton works and has the network of resources and staff available to tackle any challenge. For example, she recently worked with the local government and a team of architects, developers, and vendors to create and develop the BG Food Cartel in downtown Beaverton – the first of its kind in the city and one of the largest in the State. She continues to co-own this business with her two brothers.

Her dream for Fourteen Acres is to provide exceptional protection and customer care to local property owners who want their investments well-managed and their tenants to thrive.

In her free time, Dana enjoys long distance bicycling and boot camp work outs as well as spending time with her grandchildren. She likes to travel, especially to visit family in Italy, and is always up for a new adventure

Rachel Biggi, Operations Director

Rachel takes pride in her ability to effectively communicate with everyone and get things done.

At Fourteen Acres Property Management, Rachel is the go-to person for any tenant needs. She directly oversees the daily operations of the company to ensure the business runs efficiently in its sole purpose of delivering the highest level of service to our owners, tenants, and vendors.
